What You’ll Do:
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed
- Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date.
- Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, and insurance claims.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit agency targets.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on the best insurance solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally to meet customer needs and support business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Huntington Beach, CA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
